Material Support Shop
The Material Support Shop (MSS) is located in the Facilities and Capital Planning Building and is adjacent to Entrance 23 Road, just west of Duncan College. In addition to providing for the resource needs of all groups within F&CP, the MSS also facilitates materials from approved university vendors to the entire Rice campus, to effectively meet the needs of all clients in a manner that is both prompt and cost-efficient. The MSS provides a host of materials that are essential to the successful stewardship and operation of the university as a whole, which includes specialized lighting, security-related devices, water filtration systems, and fuel for both campus equipment and vehicles.
