Mission: To provide project management services supporting improvements and maintenance of the University's infrastructure, to direct the architectural development of capital improvements, and provide consultation on maintenance issues.
The Project Management group for Facilities Engineering and Planning includes professional project managers who are responsible for the management of all aspects of new construction and renovation projects on the Rice campus. This team provides engineering and project management services that support improvements and maintenance of campus infrastructure, further directing the architectural development of capital improvements as well as providing consultation on maintenance issues.

This office also publishes many studies and reports used for planning the future of the campus. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
