Single Stream Recycling

Rice University utilizes a single-stream recycling system. This means that different types of recyclable items can be placed into a single recycling bin. Rice can recycle papers, metals, and plastics (#1-5, 7). Rice cannot recycle plasticware, styrofoam, plastic bags, or plastic wrap.
