Eleni Barzouka began working for FE&P in 1999 and has served as the project manager for the Keck Hall renovation (1999-2001), the McNair Hall design and construction (1999-2002), Bioscience Research Collaborative Tenant Improvements (2008-2014), and the Suzanne Deal Booth James Turrell Twilight Epiphany Skyspace (2009-2012). Prior to working at Rice, she was employed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill in Houston, Rockefeller University in New York City, and the World Bank in Mexico City. She earned a 5-year Professional degree in Architecture from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and a Masters of Architecture in Urban Design from Rice University. She is fluent in four languages and is currently learning a fifth.

Tina Hicks has been a Facilities Engineering and Planning employee since 2000. Tina coordinates and manages the university’s program to improve campus accessibility as it relates to the physical environment. She is a Registered Architect in Texas and a LEED Accredited Professional. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Houston.

Larry Vossler joined Rice in December 2007 and has served as the project manager for the Raymond and Susan Brochstein Pavilion, the John and Anne Grove, the new wings of Baker and Will Rice Colleges and the Brian Patterson Sports Performance Center. Prior to working at Rice, he served four years of active duty in the U.S. Navy, Civil Engineer Corps and almost six years at Linbeck. Larry earned his Bachelor of Science of Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University (magna cum laude) and his MBA from Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management, Rice University (Jones Scholar). He is married and has one child.
Fondren Library and Academic Building Facilities Liaison

Joe Hatfield served as Fondren Library's first building manager from 1984 until 1998, then becoming the facilities planner and coordinator for FE&P with direct responsibilities to Fondren Library. Joe now serves as FE&P's academic building facilities liaison, overseeing Robert R. Herring Hall, Anderson Hall, Sewall Hall, Herzstein Hall, and Rayzor Hall. He is responsible for work order and special work request coordination, building inspections, and project management assistance in conjunction with Eleni Barzouka, the project management academic liaison.

Anzilla Gilmore joined Rice FE&P in November of 2006. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Prairie View A&M, Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a registered architect. Anzilla is a founding member of the Houston Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), serves on the national NOMA finance committee and advisor to the national NOMA Board of Directors. Anzilla serves on the AIA National Ethics Council and the Diversity Scholarship Committee for the Architects Foundation. Anzilla is also the Vice President of the Fort Bend County Municipal Utilities District #23 Board of Directors and is a Jones College Associate. She serves as the project management

George Ristow joined Rice in 2017 as assistant director for project management. George is a registered architect with 14 years prior experience in architectural design and management, primarily with KieranTimberlake in Philadelphia and Gensler in Houston. George was a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania Department of Architecture from 2006 until 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Masters degree in Architecture from Yale University. George is the project management liaison for the Wiess School of Natural Sciences, The George R. Brown School of Engineering and the Rice School of Architecture.

LouAnn Holmes has been with Rice FE&P since 2000 and she is the interior design specialist for the campus. She holds a Bachelor of Science in interior design from the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point. LouAnn married in 2015 and enjoys volunteering at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Natural Sciences and Engineering Facilities Liaison

Israel Ramirez joined Rice University in 2008. During his first four years, he worked with Parking and Transportation. In 2013, he came to Facilities Engineering and Planning and joined the Plumbing, Exteriors and Mechanical shop (2013 until 2018). During that time, he gained extensive knowledge and experience of systems while working on numerous plumbing and mechanical systems. Israel now serves as FE&P's building facilities liason for Natural Science and Engineering. He oversees and is responsible for building work orders, special work request coordination, building inspections. Israel also assists FE&P project managers working within Natural Science and Engineering buildings. Israel is married with one child.
